These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our website www.hessarthouse.com ("the Website"). Please read them carefully before placing your order, as they explain who we are, how we supply our products, and the steps to take if you wish to change or cancel your order.

Placing an Order
To place an order online, please complete the checkout process on our Website. You will be asked to provide personal details, including a valid email address, to enable us to process your order. You confirm that all details you provide are accurate and up to date. For information on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


When you click the “confirm order” button, you are submitting an order to us. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email, but this does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we dispatch the items.


We may decline your order before dispatch for various reasons, such as unavailability of items, payment issues, or errors in product details. If we decline an order and have already received payment, we will provide a full refund. An order number will be assigned and shared with you in the acknowledgment email, which will help in future communications regarding your purchase.


Pricing and Payment
The price of each product is displayed in pounds sterling on the product page at the time of purchase. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all prices, errors may occur. If an error is identified before dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer a refund if payment has been made.


The prices displayed include VAT and exclude delivery charges. Any applicable charges will be added during the checkout process. If the VAT rate changes between the time of your order and dispatch, we will adjust the total amount accordingly.

For international shipments we offer taxes and duties paid to selected countries.

We accept payments via most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider. Payment must be completed before we dispatch your items. Any refunds will be processed via the same method of payment used to place the order.
Product Descriptions


We take care to ensure that our products are described accurately on our Website. However, the colours displayed on your screen may vary depending on your device and may not exactly match the product on delivery. Descriptions are for guidance only, and we reserve the right to make minor adjustments that do not affect the product's performance or quality.


We may remove items from sale or correct errors without liability, and all prices and availability are subject to change without notice.


Delivery Information
We use reliable third-party couriers for our deliveries, with approximate delivery times of 3-4 weeks within the UK and 5-6  weeks days for international orders. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. If your product is made to order, please allow for 4-5 working days for delivery. This will be noted in the product description.


In case of delays, we will notify you and aim to minimize any disruption. If a significant delay occurs, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund for any items not yet dispatched.


Please note that some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available to sign, you will receive instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the items from a local depot. If a signature is not required and the product is too large to be delivered through your letterbox, we will leave a note with instructions.


Damaged or Incorrect Products
We recommend inspecting your products upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us by email or by filling out the return form on our Website. You will need to return the products as soon as possible for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Right to Cancel 
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receiving the items (in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To cancel your order, please inform us in writing within this period and return the products in saleable condition at your own cost within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Custom-made or commissioned items cannot be returned unless faulty.


Returning Products
To return items purchased through our Website, please email us at hello@hessarthouse.com, providing your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Return the products by recorded delivery to our office at 42-44 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AH.


We will cover return shipping costs if the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. In all other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.


Liability
We will not be held liable for losses or damages caused by delays or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by negligence, or where it would be unlawful to exclude such liability.


Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
