Hess Art House, part of the Hess Enterprises portfolio, is an online art gallery dedicated to showcasing contemporary art from emerging and established artists worldwide. Our mission is to make art accessible to everyone, regardless of location, and to foster a vibrant community of art lovers and creators.
2. How do you select your photographers?
We choose photographers based on the quality of their work, their passion for the craft, and the personal relationships we have with them.
3. Are the prints signed by the photographer?
Yes, all prints are signed by the photographer.
4. Do your photographers use special equipment?
Garry, for example, uses a Leica camera, but beyond that, the focus is on the passion and skill of the photographers themselves, not just the equipment.
5. What kind of paper do you print on?
We use Hahnemühle paper and Giclée printing, ensuring the highest possible quality and durability for prints that will last a lifetime.
6. Are all prints limited edition?
Not all are. Please see our limited editions to see which ones are.
7. Can I request a custom-size print?
Unfortunately not yet. We will however try and help you out so please send us an email to hello@hessarthouse.com to discuss your wishes.
8. How do I purchase artwork?
The process is simple! Find the print(s) you love, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to enter your delivery details and payment information. Finally, review your order and click "Proceed and Review" to finalise your purchase.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping!
10. How do I care for my prints?
To preserve your print, keep it away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures. Read more on how to take care of your art here.
11. Can I view a print before purchasing?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this. However, we have provided all the necessary details for you to make an informed decision. If you need further information, please feel free to reach out to us.
12. Do you accept returns?
We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
